What is reiki?

What should I expect during a reiki session?

You will lie fully clothed on a massage table for the session. The practitioner places their hands lightly on your body or above your body depending on your comfort level. Various hand positions are used throughout each session. Relaxing music will play and you will lie quietly with your eyes closed during the session. If you are uncomfortable having your eyes closed, they may be open.

What should I wear for my reiki session?

Wear whatever is comfortable for you that you can relax in!

What does reiki feel like?
